I am 40 pounds over weight and have been on diet and exercise plan and can not lose weight. I saw your
article and found your book very interesting. I started 9 weeks ago and slow jog with brisk walk for 35 minutes 6 days a week. I started your diet and have followed it for 16 days. I have stopped all wheat , dairy and meat. I also have chronic sinus problems.
I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. What am I doing wrong?
