Dear Virginia,

Look into an herb called "Chaste Berry" (Vitex Agnus Castus) which has had some success in shrinking fibroids. It is available and safe to use. I would also think about doing some form of "liver detox", usually through what are called "lipotrophic factors" (choline, methionine and inositol) as in a toxic liver, estrogens can be recycled more times than needed.
