Dear Drew,

Guggulo has worked for some people and not worked for others. It seems better at dropping triglycerides than cholesterol. Some people get a rash from it. It might be worth a try, especially in combnation with a=the herb Hawthorne (Crataegus oxycantha). You might also want to switch to lower fat protein sources, such as poultry and fish or low fat cuts of red meat.
