The other types could certainly benefit from "being in the Zone," though they are less negatively impacted perhaps by being "out of it." I would believe though, that even given their somewhat better ability to handle grains, these types can also eventually develop insulin-memetic behavior if they choose to eat refined CHO's in the great quantities we have come to consider normal in our society.
