I bought the book & fit the O profile. Thanks for this site. I'm afraid our questions will soon be too much for you. I have uterine fibroids. Since my last gyno visit I've been reading a "female" message board where there're suggestions that 'broids are caused by a hormone imbalance - too little progesterone. My pre-men symptoms include "can't keep my eyes open" sleepiness, which seems to me to indicate too *much* progesterone. My gyno said my estrogen levels are normal, didn't mention progesterone (the pause looms). Your book mentions "botanical remedies" for PMS. Any advice for me? Thanks again.
