Hypoglycemia & Type O

I have read your book and am finding out that most of the foods I like I am not to eat.
I have tried Stevia for a sweetener and sometimes get a headache, the same with nutrisweet, etc.
Do you have any suggestions? I also cannot tolerate fruit - I have a reaction.
My hi-protein diet also concerns me because of possible kidney complications I've heard about.
I am seeing a ND in the next town.
