Brett, Eat Right 4 Your Type uses only the ABO system, consequently it is easier to implement in many situations. The DSP test and the software program I wrote for it is going on 8 years old now, and I suspect that it hasn't aged well. ER4YT is pretty current and has a lot of my more recent findings. It is also skewed a bit more towards weight loss. My advice is to use the book as the teaching tool. It only requires the ABO, which you can do in-office, yet will be just as effective. Peter
