In Response To: Re: Food intolerance question (Peter D'Adamo)

I'm a wheat and gluten-sensitive B, and I have also noticed much more gas and bloating with wheat(and oats in excess) only since I stopped eating wheat (almost altogether). I find this is an exception to otherwise greatly reduced food sensitivities. Interesting that we've noticed the same thing. Good luck with the O diet. Thank goodness for all the protein diet info out there and for Peter D'Adamo to tell us it IS good for many of us and why.
