The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Thanks, Question about Pork

I want to start by thanking you for your book and the information you provide. Until a few months ago, I was a 29 year old with a series of annoying health problems, the biggest of which seemed to be weighing 250 lbs. Since reading your book, which my sister, a size 4 type A suggested, I have lost 35 lbs and my health has changed dramatically. My blood pressure is 118/74, cholesterol 145 with HDL 61, and the best part is I haven't had any of my ulcer medication, my asthma medication (I had two inhalers) or even advil in a few months! I feel a new sense of empowerment in terms of how to take care of myself and feel good. I tell people I'm not on a diet but have simply changed the way I eat. I refused to go on the diet rollercoaster again, and I will use this information for the rest of my life. You have solved a problem that six doctors and two nutritions have been confused about for the past ten years. I have so much energy and I haven't even had a cold (I used to get what ever went around) since last November. And I don't feel like I am trying. At first my co-workers were saying I shouldn't believe everything I read, but now everyone wants to see my book. Which leads me to my question. Pork is a food to avoid for all blood types. Can you tell me\my co-workers why this is the case? Thanks again,
