The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1

Blood Group B RH Negative and Dairy, and Soda

Dear Dr. D'Adamo: First, thank you for your book. It is so enlightening and so far much of the research has proved helpful to my husband and I -- in particular with regard to corn and wheat. I have two specific questions:

First, I am Type B RH Negative (antigen D missing). Does the RH factor mean that I do not tolerate dairy well?
Second, what is it about soda, with or without sugar, that makes it SO bad for everyone?

Thank you so much for your book and this message board!
