I would just like to say that the GIF at the top of the msg. board looks to me like a caveman eating french fries. As cavemen were presumably Type-O and potatoes are a "food to avoid," I think you are sending us poor confused Type O's a mixed message. BTW, thanks for the helpful info on herbs.
