Dear Kurt,

What an interesting tool. I hope that you share it with us.

Ghee is still not great for A's, but they can use it sparingly. I've used Ashawaghanda in my practice (makes the average type A feel "weird"); licorice I often advocate for types O and B, and Guggul can help A's fight cardiovascular disease, but will often giive O's a particularly nasty rash.

At the time of the Vedas, the Subcontinental Indians had higher than average percentage of A and B.
