True, it is more expensive to do the O diet, but you can blame the capitalist system for that! Only in the 20th century do you have to pay extra to have things left out of your food. BTW, fish is still a pretty good deal price-wise.
I'd use the blood types as a guide to selecting herbs, rather than a disease, though many herbs work in more than one blood type.
