Dear Dr, I wondered if you had considered that those remote type O ancestors did not live too long. Perhaps it is the type O fate to be a happy aggressive carnivore for a short while? Also, why are nightshade fruits bad for type O, yet peppers and chiles, both nightshades, included? Any tips for a long time vegetarian on dealing with the guilt? Thanks
