Hi Mary:
I also have an ovarian cyst.I learned this about 12 years ago. I went to 5 Dr's & had a new ultrasound with each one. The first 4 told me I needed to have a complete hysterectomy. I saw each one 6 months apar.
The last Dr. told me it wasn't needed. He said to watch it every year and if it changed in size, he would do laporoscopy. At that point, it was fluid filled and microscopic. I last checked on it 7 years ago & don't worry about it anymore.
Thank goodness for this last Dr. I am on the west coast also. Sally H.
