Dear April, My concern is that the child is not going to get enough calcium. Rice milk or almond milk fortified with calcium should work. Rejuvelac is probably a no-no if made from wheat grass, though buckwheat might be OK. Yes, I've heard of the test. But I would be cautious about reading too much into a bunch of "normal" SMAC results. If the results are abnormal, that's another issue. Peter
