Dr. D'Adamo, There seems to be quite a few omissions between the program that Dr. Kruzel uses and your book, as well as some differences. The majority of the patients that I have put on the DSP diet, have the book also. I am constantly fielding calls in reference to omissions and differences. In some cases your book seems to have added many things not covered by what may patients received from the Dr. Kruzel. Do you have any suggestions?
