Mostly vegetarian past 10 years. I have developed an aversion to meat and chicken especially in large quantities. 8-10 oz a day? A week seems more like it to me. Is there a way to do this that can still be within the diet? I've had maybe 3 oz of meat/chicken/fish the past 5 days on the diet. My diet was healthy but mostly grains, fruits, yogurt, veggies. And a whey protein/skim milk drink in the a.m. This is a drastic move for me.
