Rather than wasting your money on the so-called protein powders, just try to get two to three 8-10oz servings of lean protein in daily. The protein co-efficient in the powders will not match what you can do with lean meats, and for them to actually achieve it, would make the protein powders incredibly expensive. They are also shot full of other garbage (such as chromium and what not) that you don't need, and may in the long term cause harm.
