Well, I have to get to the bulletin board. Questions abound. Talking briefly with Dina helped get my perspective adjusted to using your materials in my teaching. I am in Florida, preparing to go aboard another Navy vessel on Monday to teach 100 civilian mariners "how to eat" for a healthy heart. (I actually run a computer software firm which specializes in food service management software, including nutritional analysis. We work a great deal with the corrections industry. It's my love for nutrition and my passion for education that keeps me in the thick of this project.)
