The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Increasing lean mass for As

As I posted before, I am fascinated by the ABO diet info as are many of my friends who hear of its positive impact on my life. As you noted in the section on AIDS in your book, A’s have to work hard to get enough food since many A-friendly foods are low in calories. I am wondering what you would recommend for a thin, small, healthy, type A woman who would like to gain several pounds of lean mass? She doesn’t have a big appetite and often forgets to eat. So much of your book is geared towards weight loss, one might worry that eating lots of the foods which make the type A metabolism run most efficiently might hamper her efforts to increase her body weight. As for exercise, she loves Tae-Kwan-Do and wants to start lifting weights. I guess she should probably make sure she is getting enough fish and soy... What else would you recommend?
