One of the most interesting aspects of your diet was that most of the foods you have on the avoid list were foods I don't like, and can easily avoid. The foods that are on the good list are my favorite foods so if they are available, are easy for me to eat. This tells me something of the wisdom of the body, if we pay attention to it. There are a few excetions to this. The potato being one, and another being the orange. When I was pregnent with my daughter, I craved oranges and ate a hugh case of them. That was my body telling me something. What is the reason oranges and potatos are not good for O types? Is it because of the lectins or is it something else?
