Dear Jackie,
The O diet will gradually cleanse your GI tract of the wrong bacteria, which will stop your immune system from attacking them, and incidentally, attacking your joints by mistake. Borage can be a allergen in type Os, though its fatty acid makeup is about the same as black current. I suspect the shark cartilage is not going to justiify the expense. Peter
