Type O: The Irish and the Potato

On your map I saw that type O was the main blood type
of the Irish. This does not surprise me. But since the
potato has played such a large role in Irish diet, it
does surpise me that it is on your list of poison foods.
Please help in putting this in perspective. I do love
an occasional potato.
