The bottle labels for evening primrose oil and borage appeared to contain a some of the same fatty acids. I don't want to be duplicating things if not just for cost. Also, am I taking just too many vitamins? I'd been taking glucosamine and shark cartilage (are they contraindicated in "O" diet?), but read they were more appropriate for osteo not RA. Thanks.
