Type A and Non-Dairy Creamers

Dear Dr. D'Adamo,

Just read your book this weekend and am very excited about begining the diet. I am almost 50 and am more than 75 pounds overweight. I have lost 50 pounds on the fen/phen diet but have hit a standstill.
My main question in getting started on the diet is whether or not I can use a non-dairy creamer in coffee and on cereal on the Type A diet. I haven't been shopping yet to check on the availability of soy milk, but have been using the liquid non-dairy creamers and like the taste.
I have been recommending your book to my friends and told my 19 year old daughter about it so she can get off to a good start as she has recently moved into an apartment of her own!
