In Response To: type O and dairy/calcium (Jennifer Shults, DC)
Dear Jennifer, I generally recommend calcium supplements in type O's who are at risk of calcium deficiency, such as growing children, the elderly and post-menopausal women. In other circumstances the diet will suffice. Our type O ancestors probably spent more time than we do gnawing at bones leftover from their meals! In some cultures the bones are ground down and added to other foods. Peter
