type O and dairy/calcium

Considering that the type O diet is very restricted in terms of dairy, how do women in particular ensure an adequate supply of BIOAVAILABLE calcium? Are the amounts of calcium in broccoli, parsley, kale, etc. really sufficient? Also, if dairy is generally not beneficial for type Os, how about probiotic supplements? Why is it that type Os cannot have yogurt? Thank you for the time, and for your wonderful contribution!
