The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Posted By: Judy Fudala Clauss
Dear Dr. D'Adamo: Thank you for writing E4YT. In 1985, when I was pregnant, I developed severe diarrhea after each meal, and my Dr. put me on an "Allergy Elimination" Diet. It excluded the most commonly allergenic foods: wheat, dairy, corn, citrus, etc. The problem cleared up immediately. Then when my daughter was put on formula, she developed colic, vomiting, diaper burns, red spots on her face, etc. When she started on solids, I noticed diaper burns from oatmeal, wheat, oranges, and corn and coconut would pass undigested. A friend gave me Dr. L. Smith's book "Feed Your Kids Right." It alerted me to possible food allergies, so I put my dau. on elimination diet. She immediately gained weight, grew hair, (previously was very thin and had little hair.) When I look back at her pictures, she looked the healthiest when she was eating meat and vegetables and rice. When she went to 1st grade, I had her "tested" and "treated" for allergies with "provocative neutralization." We were told with the "treatments" sshe could eat those foods on a rotating basis. Little by little, they slid back into our diet, especially after reading "The Cure For All Diseases. She says you can reverse your allergies by doing kidney and liver cleanses, which we tried. We then added dairy back and my 11 year old started wetting the bed and daytime wetting. Thanks for the book; I'm now a nutritionist and love to teach people how to get healthy. I've been telling everyone about your book...-Judy
