type o+ iodine
Posted By: aal Date: February 24, 1997 at 00:26:06
I am type o+ and have very mild hypothyroidism, which manifests itself mostly by cold sensitivity. I take a low dosage of synthroid, but still am sensitive to cold. I think kelp and to a lesser extent bladderwrack helps. Is there any danger of taking too much iodine? How can I determine how much I should take?
