Dear Dr. D.
Last week I didn't have time to add more exercise but will from now on. I can hardly believe I still lost 4 pounds in 7 days. I eliminated the bulk of my old diet of wheat bread/ ww cereal, dairy, many kinds of cheese, pasta, potatoes, corn and corn syrup. I ate a bit more animal protein & added ezekial bread, soy milk/soy yogart, goat and sheep cheese, black cherry juice & rice cereal. I found these new items to be tasty. Next, if I get rid of some of the arthritic pain, that will indeed be an added bonus.
