Dear David, Gluten sensitivities are indeed much more common in type O, and with regard to Candidasis, I've found that while type A's have a more classic type "over-infestation of Candida when out of balance, type O's tend to develop more of a "hypersensitivity" or allergy to Candida when their gut is unbalanced. This type O "over-sensitivity" to Candida is often accompanied by liver dysfunction, typically the detox pathways, and can manifest as Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, thyroid imbalance, CFS or hypoglycemia.
