The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Candida and gluten in type O.
Posted By: David Simon Date: February 23, 1997 at 00:43:14
Dear Dr. DıAdamo, Iım relaying this question to you for a colleague of mine who is a Nutritionist down here in Florida. She has worked with many hundreds of clients and has also noticed a preponderance of wheat/gluten sensitivities in people of the blood type O. She is wondering about the candida connection in such people and wants to know if there is any evidence for metabolic by-products of wheat/gluten that create imbalances in the intestinal flora, i.e., candida/dysbiosis. Or do these two pathologies appear to have more independant etiolies? Thanks, David Simon, L.Ac
