People seem to go in and out of weight loss periods on the diet, however as a type O you will have to make sure that you are doing vigorous exercise at least 35 minutes 4-5 times weekly. You can also jump start your metabolic rate by finding a source of bladderwrack (Fucus Vesiculosis: See posts "More O's with thyroid problems" for more details). You local health food store may have it or can order it for you. By fastidious about cutting out grains like corn and wheat and you will soon be where you would like to be.
