Dear Dr. D'Adamo:

I saw you on the Today show and thought that your book seemed to make a lot of sense. I not only bought myself a copy, I "sold" two of my sisters and a fellow-teacher on it! My question is:
I have been trying to lose weight for a very long time with no success. I lost 6 lbs. the first five days by following the Type O diet. Things have come to a stand still since then (it's been 3 weeks).
Is this something that I should worry about-I'm staying away from everything on the avoid list and trying to incorporate several things from the beneficial list each day. Is this a temporary problem (the stand-still) or should I be doing something different?
