Dear Brett, A2's generally do well on higher protein levels than their more common A1 counterparts, as this type seems more adapted to "arctic" type diets than A1. Other than that, you might have some sort of metabolic glitch which is partially ameliorated by a state of ketosis. I would so stuff like glycyrhizza (licorice) for a while to see if some of your lipolytic and gluconeogenic functons can be improved. As far as material, my best advice is to use the references in the back of the book as a guide. Many of these can be "reverse-engineered" from their own references to all sorts of wonderful places!
