Dear Dr. D'Adamo,
Thank you so much for being available to answer questions from readers.
I'm 50, about 20 pounds overweight, past menopause, have been on Synthroid for a couple of years, now Thyroxine (50 mcg), have had low blood pressure since it was first tested, and was diagnosed with hypoglycemia several years ago. Right now I feel it strongly, other times I don't. I also have psoriasis (for about six months now).
I have never been a high-energy person, never was athletic. I'm OK with long walks when I can find the time, but more usually a half hour a day. Is it realistic that I could be involved in high-energy exercise? Because of a bladder problem I can't do anything bouncy anyway.
For about four months I have been using Awareness products (Experience, Harmony, Clear), all herbal products to rid the body of parasites and rebuild the cells. Some people have major improvements in their health with these products, but not me. I do believe my intestines are being well cleaned out, and I think I have passed some parasites, but nothing like the results many others have. Is this a blood type difference, do you think?
I know that if I'm stricter with following my blood type diet, I will feel better (lately I'm feeling wiped out).
Do you have any comments, suggestions? Thank you.
Sincerely, Meighen
