Number one let me thank you for creating this message foremat. Hope you do not become overburdoned in responding.

I am a 51 year old female/post menopausal and
hypothyroid. On Synthroid 175 mcg. QD. I have been on thyroid med since 13 yrs. of age. I have managed to control my weight ----up till now! Since
becoming post-menopausal I have gained 25 lbs!
I cannot take synthetic hormones, as I have severe gastro-intestinal reactions.

I am active, work full time and do cardio workout at least three times weekly. I have followed a low carb diet for years, but thanks to your new book I am finetuning my diet to a blood type "O" protocol.

As a Registered Nurse (RN/CCRN] I am normally in a position of educating others, this time I am really stumped! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
