Am reading your book and could really use some answers. I am a type O African-American who has been dealing with clinical depression and apparent early menopause (main symptom is severe hot flashes) for many years. Besides the limited info in ER4YT, can you comment more on the effect this regimen has had on these two stubborn health problems in your experience with patients? Also, do you have any added suggestions for me? P.S. This is a GREAT forum for educating the public and answering our questions on the subject of diet and blood type. I hope your likely busy schedule will allow you to continue it!
