Hi there, I have tried the "Soymage" and it is good and you can find them on the web.
Another company that makes wonderful casien-free products is "Tofutti" also on the web.
I've tried their "ice-cream" and "sour cream" and find them wonderful.
One other source, try making your own cheese. I've located a book on the web called "The Uncheese Cookbook"
It's by Joanne Stepaniak and published by Book Publishing Co. in Summertown TN. I haven't tried it yet but it's getting good reviews.
