The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Crohns and type O
Posted By: Elizabeth Date: February 19, 1996 at 19:06:40
I was amazed to read in your book about my blood type and Crohns. I was recently dx with perianal Crohns and have been experimenting with my diet. I found wheat, gluten, dairy, sugar to be problems for me. Then I read the same thing in your book. I never have been sick in my life and recently moved to Connecticut and started eating differently. I never really ate much bread but then I bought a bread machine and my daughter started making a lot of bread. We also started making beer which I was never like before. So I guess I did a job on my body cause I got very sick and was in the hospital for over six weeks. I hope people listen to you. I wish I had the book a year ago or really before that.
