IF YOU WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT YOU HAVE TO INCREASE YOUR CALORIE INTAKE. YOU SHOULD EAT AT LEAST 3000 TO 4000 CALORIES A DAY.
EAT FOODS WITH HIGH PROTIEN SUCH AS MEATS, PEANUT BUTTER, NUTS, BEANS, ETC. EAT LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES. DON'T FILL YOUR BODY
UP WITH ALOT OF JUNK FOOD OR FAST FOOD ITEMS OR FOODS WITH HIGH SUGAR. YOU NEED HEALTHY FOODS. PLUS, TAKE UP A WEIGHT TRAINING
CLASS TO GAIN MUSCLE (DON'T WORRY, YOU WON'T LOOK LIKE A BODY BUILDER!). EAT AT LEAST 7-8 SMALL MEALS AND SNACKS A DAY. IN NO TIME
YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT BODY.
