Doctor... Congrats on a great book! I've been on on the B diet for about a week.
On page 167, in the Type B Diet, under "Herbal Teas," Green tea is listed as "Neutral." Under "Miscellaneous Beverages," Tea, Green is "Highly Beneficial." Please clarify. Reg
