I am part of a doctoral research team that is studying
the similarities and differences between ADHD and
Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD).

One of our research team members in conjunction with
our faculty sponsor has developed a research edition
of a brief, behavior rating scale that may help to
distinguish these two disorders. We need parents of
children, with an ADHD and/or CAPD diagnosis between the ages 8-12,
to complete our questionnaire. We would like to get as
many respondents as possible, and from across the United
States.

We will mail you a questionnaire, and will provide you
with a SASE to mail it back to us. There is no
identifying information on the questionnaires
(i.e. name), and it will be used for research purposes
solely.
