My wife is living with fibromyalgia, she is an RN at a busy hospital. Some days are better then others but for the most part she is in constant pain. We have researched the topic, and have begin coping using exercise, stress relieving techniques, and realizing her physical limits. Basically we are in search of a healthier life style all around. I would appreciate any information regarding diet that you may have available. I feel this to be the next ingredient in the puzzle of living with this disease..
