Type AB and powebars
Posted By: John Danek Date: February 19, 1996 at 12:20:21
I cross-county mountin bike and use Powerbars as an energy boost during my rides. These bars contain High Fructose Corn syrup. With corn on my avoid list, do I need to stop using Powerbars? If so any recommendation on a replacement? Your book recommends only one hour of cycling three times per week. My normal ride time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours of pedaling time (including coasting, but not rest stops for water). Is there any problem with this? Regards,
John....
