I don't know of any specific natural replacement for the diuretics your doctor prescribed for you but I do know that my doctor suggested a low sodium diet because sodium and water retention can affect the fluid balance in your ears. Too much sodium will increase your vertigo. I don't think all dairy products are bad but certain products are high in sodium, like some cheeses.
