Dear Diana, With regard to type O and cheese, much of the "right or wrong" aspects have to do with digestability (take a look at the section describing the Indican Test in the book). O's just make a mess out of most dairy products. It really causes their intestines to putrify. No real lectin connection there. I would avoid hormone-treated food, period. Peter
