I've been reading your book and following the type O diet for a week. For type O you say no oats or oat flour and yet in the recipes you include two with these products, maple walnut granola and carob chip cookies (includes also vanilla). Please advise. How strict should these diets be followed and will I feel the benefits with some compliance and not 100% (ie. decaf coffee in the morning)? I am having intestinal problems and have had for 3-4 years.
