Dear Peter,
Have been heavy most of my life. The last 10 years I have been working out faithfully 4 to 5 times per week and have been able to maintain my weight but not able to loose. I'am a type O whose diet was mostly fruit veggies and grains.
I started your diet 3 mo. ago and say that most of my joint pain has disappeared!! However I have started to gain weight about 3 lbs per month. My metabolism seems to have shut down. Any Ideas?
